Why chose me?
I spent 40 years as an enterprise architect — most recently running Architecture Review for T-Mobile. That job was never about writing code. It was about seeing a whole system at once: the moving parts, the constraints, the places where one decision breaks three others down the line.Travel planning is the same problem in a nicer outfit. A great trip isn't a list of hotels and flights — it's dozens of interdependent decisions that either compound into something extraordinary or quietly cancel each other out. I design the whole thing before a single booking gets made.
I'm not a booking agent. I'm the person you hire so you don't have to think about the plumbing. I'm also the client I'm describing. Multiple trips to Italy. Greece, The United Kingdom, and Ireland. Time spent in Malta, Japan, Denmark, Sweden, and multiple places in between — not conferences, not layovers, actual weeks spent figuring out what's worth the detour and what isn't. Italy, Greece, Malta, Japan — places with enough history and weight that "seeing the sights" undersells what's actually there. If your idea of a good trip is standing somewhere three thousand years old and feeling it, we'll get along.I also plan cruises with the same eye — not just picking a ship, but matching the itinerary, the line, and the cabin to how you actually want to spend a week at sea. Comfortable with the major lines, and I have a soft spot for the smaller, destination-focused ones that don't treat the ports as an afterthought.Not every properly architected trip needs a five-star hotel. Whether you're planning the big anniversary trip or the once-a-decade splurge, the same care goes into getting it right.I also work with LGBTQ+ travelers navigating destinations that range from welcoming to complicated — my husband and I have done that homework in person, not from a brochure.
